New Project - In autumn 2011, Marsden International was awarded a contract to provide high-level management system guidance to IATA (International Air Transport Association) based in Geneva. This project will be ongoing for the next few years and involves ISO 14001 consultancy services to the world's airlines as well as providing high-level support to IATA in the development of material and manuals.
New Services available for 2012 - Behavioural Safety Training and Consultancy services are now being delivered to clients who wish to move beyond management systems. Janet Slater has joined Marsden International as a specialist trainer and consultant. Experience gained from her careers with HSBC Bank PLC and The Natural History Museum as Senior Training Manager provides a sound platform for developments in this area.
